Location: Various regions across our service area
Job Type: CIS Self-Employed, Part-Time, Flexible
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve damp issues in residential and commercial properties
- Install effective damp proofing systems
- Carry out high-quality plastering, ensuring smooth and professional finishes
- Collaborate with site managers and other team members
- Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship and customer service
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Proven experience in damp proofing and plastering (3 years minimum)
- Strong knowledge of damp proofing systems and techniques
- Excellent plastering skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across our service areas
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Must be registered for CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)
- Must have your own van and tools
Rates of Pay:
- £250 per day for Damp Proofing & Plastering Specialists
- £150 per day for your Labourer/Trainee Technician
