The Specialist Damp Investigation fee is £285.00 plus VAT. The inspection fee can be deducted from the final invoice if eligible remedial works proceed, subject to the agreed terms.

What happens on the day

A qualified surveyor attends with calibrated instruments and works through the property room by room — moisture profiling, temperature, humidity and dew point readings, photographs as we go, and a plain explanation of what we have found before we leave. Your written report follows by email from our office.
