Hello, we’re Callum and Cassie — the husband-and-wife team behind Procure Group.
We’re a small, family-run business specialising in damp proofing, timber preservation, condensation control, ventilation and mould remediation.
We know that discovering damp or mould in your home can feel worrying. You want someone who will listen, explain what is happening and help you understand what needs to be done. That personal approach is at the heart of how we work.

Being involved matters to me.
Procure is our family business, and I take what we do personally. When someone trusts us with their home, that carries a responsibility that means a great deal to me.
I’ve spent 18 years working in property preservation. That practical experience shapes the way I investigate a problem, explain the findings and consider the work needed to put things right.
I believe in staying involved in the business, understanding the surveys, the recommendations and the practical details of the work. For me, being the owner means taking responsibility for the standards we work towards and being someone our customers can speak to.
The satisfaction comes from helping someone understand a problem that has been worrying them, giving clear advice and carrying out work we can be proud of. Sometimes a property needs specialist treatment. Sometimes the right starting point is a repair, better ventilation or further investigation. Our recommendations should reflect what the evidence supports.
I continue to invest in training because experience and learning belong together. Buildings differ, and there is always more to understand about how moisture affects them.
Cassie and I want to build a business that our family can be proud of, one known for good workmanship, straightforward communication and treating people properly.

Callum — Surveys & Specialist Works
Callum looks after the technical side of the business, from investigating damp and mould concerns to explaining findings and planning appropriate remedial works.
With 18 years of property preservation experience and specialist training across damp, timber, mould and insulation, he brings practical knowledge to the assessment of each property.
His approach is straightforward: understand the likely cause, explain the evidence and recommend work that is appropriate to the problem.
Cassie — Customer Care & Administration
Cassie looks after enquiries, appointments and the everyday organisation that helps keep the business running smoothly.
With nearly 20 years of administration and customer service experience, she understands how much clear communication and a familiar point of contact matter.
From your first enquiry to questions about your appointment or planned works, Cassie is there to help, keep you informed and make the process feel more manageable.

- NOCN Level 2 NVQ Diploma — Wood Preserving & Damp-Proofing.
- NOCN Level 3 NVQ Diploma — Internal Insulation (Walls).
- ABBE Level 3 Award — Damp, Mould & Condensation in Buildings.
- Dewpoint Professional — Advanced Mould Remediation.
- UK Association of Mould Experts (UKAME) accreditation.
- CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card.
- CSCS Gold Supervisor card.

We consider the building, the symptoms and the evidence before recommending treatment. If further investigation is needed, we explain why.
We explain things clearly
We want you to understand what we have found, what it means and what your options are. Questions are always welcome.
We recommend proportionate work
Our recommendations should address the identified problem. We explain where repairs, ventilation improvements or monitoring may be appropriate, as well as when specialist treatment is justified.
We respect your home
We discuss the proposed work, preparation and likely disruption so you know what to expect. Care and communication matter throughout.
We take responsibility
Our reputation is personal to us. We want our customers to feel listened to and confident that their concerns are being taken seriously.

Our Damp Proofing Quote Assessment costs £114 + VAT and focuses on the areas you are concerned about. It includes an explanation of our findings, proportionate recommendations and a quotation for any proposed remedial works.
The assessment fee is deducted from your bill if you choose to proceed with our works.
This is a focused assessment of reported concerns, rather than a whole-property or pre-purchase survey.
