The buildings we work on
Different stock, different moisture problems
The housing across our area is genuinely mixed, and the damp problems follow the construction. Victorian and Edwardian solid-brick terraces behave quite differently from 1930s semis, post-war cavity housing, converted farm buildings, stone cottages and new-build estates — and the correct remedy differs with them.
That is why our recommendations start with the construction of your building rather than a standard specification, and why our local pages describe the work we actually do in each area.
