It combines a full damp diagnostic assessment with a dedicated structural timber inspection, covering floor joists, roof timbers, lintels, window frames and all other accessible timber elements. This survey is essential for period properties, homes with a history of penetrating damp, properties where rising moisture has reached floor level, or any building where wet rot, dry rot or woodworm is suspected. Using moisture meters, a timber probe and photographic evidence, Procure technicians identify both moisture sources and the extent of any timber deterioration. The resulting report provides a complete remediation programme covering damp proofing, timber treatment and any associated replastering, with transparent, itemised costings and a 12-month workmanship guarantee on all works carried out.
