Different construction types behave differently when they get wet, so the approach is matched to the building in front of us.
Bushey sits in south-west Hertfordshire, close to Watford and within reach of Borehamwood, in a part of the county where the housing stock spans well over a century of construction. The oldest residential streets contain Victorian and Edwardian terraces built with solid brick walls and no meaningful damp-proof course by modern standards.
